. COURIER FEES
2.1 The courier fee shall start from S$5.00 per delivery.
2.2 The starting rate of S$5.00 is a base rate only and does not constitute a fixed or guaranteed rate for all deliveries.
2.3 The actual fee payable for each delivery may be determined based on one or more of the following factors:
• condition and nature of the item;weight of the item;size or dimensions of the item;quantity of items;distance between the collection and delivery locations;urgency or priority of the delivery;requested delivery time or time window;waiting time or delays;number of collection or delivery points;special handling, loading or unloading requirements;restricted-access or difficult-to-access locations;after-hours, weekend or public-holiday requirements;same-day, express or urgent delivery requirements; andother circumstances affecting the cost or difficulty of providing the Services.
2.4 The Service Provider reserves the right to apply additional surcharges on a daily basis where circumstances, operational requirements, delivery conditions, demand, urgency, waiting time, distance, access restrictions or other factors require additional resources or costs.
2.5 Any applicable surcharge may be calculated on a per-delivery, per-item, per-trip, hourly or daily basis, depending on the nature of the additional service or circumstance.
2.6 Where reasonably practicable, the Service Provider shall inform the Client of material additional charges before or during the provision of the relevant Services. However, where immediate operational action is required, the Service Provider may apply the relevant additional charges and reflect them in the applicable invoice.
2.7 All fees stated in this Agreement are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Clause 4

4.1 Subject to the provisions of this Clause, the Service Provider’s maximum liability for any individual delivery or item shall be limited to S$50.00 (Singapore Dollars Fifty).
4.2 The maximum liability of S$50.00 shall apply to claims arising from loss, damage, misdelivery or non-delivery of an item while the item is in the custody or control of the Service Provider, to the extent that the Service Provider is legally liable for such loss or damage.
4.3 The Client acknowledges and agrees that the liability limit is a material term of this Agreement and that the courier charges have been determined with this limitation of liability in consideration.
4.4 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or economic loss, including loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, opportunity, anticipated savings or business interruption.
4.5 The Service Provider shall not be liable for loss, damage, delay or non-delivery caused wholly or partly by:
a. inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client; incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible delivery addresses;improper or inadequate packaging; the nature, condition or inherent defect of the item;the Client’s failure to disclose the nature or special handling requirements of an item; the recipient’s refusal or failure to accept delivery;circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Service Provider; traffic congestion, road closures, accidents or other transportation disruptions;adverse weather or natural events; orany act or omission of the Client, recipient or other third party.
4.6 Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit liability to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
